At The Sanphy Group, she serves as our Transaction Coordinator and Social Media Manager, playing a critical role in both the client experience and our brand presence.
On the transaction side, Karen manages the details that matter… overseeing every step from contract to closing, keeping timelines on track, coordinating with all parties, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. She also handles inbox management and appointment setting, allowing our team to stay focused on high-level client strategy and deal-making.
On the marketing side, she supports and executes our social media presence, helping maintain consistency, visibility, and engagement across platforms. Beyond her work with our team, she also helps businesses scale by connecting them with qualified virtual assistants and supporting their online growth… bringing structure, consistency, and reliability to everything she touches.
