Brenda Daughtry
Brenda Daughtry serves as the Executive Assistant at The Sanphy Group, where she plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a high-level client experience. She also continues her longstanding involvement in education as a current board member and former Chair of the Link Community Charter School Board… a reflection of her deep commitment to student success and community impact.
Born and raised in Barbados, Brenda moved to the United States at seventeen after graduating from Springer Memorial Secondary School. Her journey has been defined by resilience and adaptability, building experience across multiple industries and launching her own business during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her path reflects a consistent drive for growth, learning, and
creating new opportunities.
Beyond her professional work, Brenda is deeply rooted in service. She is a member of the New Jersey School Boards Association and the National Notary Association, and serves as a commissioned notary public. She enjoys giving back to her community, spending time with family and friends, caring for her dogs and cats, and working with power tools… a true reflection of her hands-on, can-do spirit.
